the location was convenient, with easy access to local attractions. The TV, bed, and bathroom felt outdated, and the lack of air ventilation made for an uncomfortable experience, especially with locked windows and a dirty A/C filter.

One minor negative was the check-in process, as my room wasn’t ready upon arrival. Despite this, the staff was accommodating, and I was able to settle in shortly after.

A Wonderful Stay in Al Khobar

I was eager to explore the Al Khobar Corniche, which promises stunning waterfront views and vibrant local life. For that reason, I chose Park Inn, just a short drive away. To my delight, the hotel staff was friendly and ready to assist whenever needed, which enhanced my experience. The on-site Palms Restaurant, connected to a beautiful garden, was a highlight with its flexible hours. It was great to grab a tasty bite amid good friends, enjoying delicious meals from breakfast until late. complimentary access to the fitness center was a bonus!

The check-in process was a bit slow, which was slightly disappointing.

Fine base for 3 nights with well-trained and very helpful staff especially receptionist. Fairly nice area, central location really close to near to the Cornish. A wide range of goodies for breakfast.

Hotel was extremely convenient and perfect. The staff was helpful, efficient, and everything was superb. We liked rooms with exceptional bed. The service was good and the location was exceptionally nice and stunning. Had a good stay here during our weekend.

Hospitality was fabulous at The Parkinn Hotel especially during check-in the staff was indeed very welcoming and obliging. It was tidy outside and inside. There is an indoor parking at the hotel premises for ease. The room (suite) that we booked was truly comfortable with almost all the expected facilities. The hotel is located at a very peaceful area yet one of the good things was that there is a hypermarket just in front of the hotel which was absolutely convenient. The beach close by is also an add-on.

It is a bit expensive hotel plus the rooms could have been further clean.

Bad food and expensive. prices are different from the food menue. i found a hair in the food. i suggest theta you do not order foord from this hotel

Clean room, free internet access

The hotel is okay but the receptionist/front desk was arrogant, unfriendly. I was forced out to transfer to another hotel even at higher rates because of Park Inn's staff bad manners. I already sent an email to their Gen. Manager of my sad experienced. The management should teach their staff the proper way to handle customers.

A Comfortable Stay with Convenient Amenities!

The health club was a fantastic retreat, and I appreciated the variety of nearby dining options. Future guests should opt for rooms away from traffic for a quieter night!

I found Park Inn Radisson Al-Khobar to be a very friendly and welcoming hotel where no problems were too big to be dealt with and sorted out right away. The rooms are of a standard size but very comfortable and clean. The bathroom is very nice and super clean and very well maintained. The restaurant in the hotel serves nice food and you really do not need to go out for a dinner if you do not really want to try something different then the hotel restaurant. The swimming pool in the spa is kind of small and not made for swimming more of kind a plunge pool to relax in but the rest of the facilities in the spa is very nice. For the staff I can just say, Excellent, all were super efficient, professional and always having a true smile in their face.
